Chatsworth House Trip

On Monday 17th July, Zebra Access staff and clients enjoyed a trip to Chatsworth House in Bakewell. The weather was thankfully on our side and we had a lovely day exploring the grounds! When we arrived we had a quick cup of tea/coffee and lunch before making our way to the entrance to begin the tour.

The staff were lovely and answered any questions we had, about the history of the house, including the beautiful artwork throughout the house. We were supported by two BSL interpreters, providing access throughout the day, and allowing everyone on the trip to learn and experience the beautiful history of Chatsworth House. We walked throughout the house for 2 hours before making our way to the gift shop to buy some souvenirs to remember the trip!

Time for a group selfie!

We ended the day enjoying some very delicious ice cream and a walk through Chatsworth Gardens, before heading back to Wolverhampton for a much-needed rest.
