March BSL Health Workshop
We know it is very important to look after our heart. But do we understand how our heart works and the best ways to look after it? 2.3 million in the UK are living with heart problems.
Manny Samra, Wolverhampton GP will give a presentation about;
- heart attacks
- and strokes
To help you understand the following:
- what to do when you experience the signs/symptoms
- how to reduce risks
- and how you can look after your heart
Nick Browne from DeafBlind UK will also be giving a presentation about the services they offer and how they can support Deaf people who have issues with their eyesight.
A BSL interpreter will be provided and there will be a Q&A session afterwards.
All ages are welcome and light refreshments will be provided.
